YOUR SERVICE is absolutely OUTSTANDING. You not only called to make appointments to show the house, you gave us updates about what the potential buyers said about the house...you took care of small details like transferring the names on the utilities, and having the key ready for the new buyers, to writing a contract free of dumb stuff, and even helping us write a contract to buy our house in Alamo...you gave us professional counseling when ever we needed it! Your attention to detail took a great deal of stress off of us...Thank you so much for a truly pleasant experience selling our home. June 20, 2005-Robin Culp wrote-Really enjoyed meeting you all on Thursday ! We 4 loved the 85+30 acres on Benton Creek. We drove our bikes back on Friday and pondered.
