I was born and raised in San Antonio, yet business opportunities took me to many other Texas cities, and states throughout the US. After more than 28 years of focus in the multi-family/property management housing industry, I have come home to Bandera, Texas as a Realtor/Property Manager with a focus on helping owners of real estate sell or lease their valuable asset. I chose Bandera, Texas as it is one of the prettiest Hill County areas in Texas, and is an area in close proximity to my family living in San Antonio and Helotes, Texas. To help you understand my qualifications, my long tenure in property management was focused on affordable housing with experience in a variety of programs governed by state and federal regulations. In addition to the management, construction oversight, and lease-up of new properties, my experience encompassed working with non-profit, for-profit and public housing owners. Through my experience, I understand the importance of maximizing revenue and maintaining an asset to preserve, if not increase value. Through my experience, I turned around financially troubled assets leading to increased values, assisted real estate developers with due diligence prior to the purchase of real estate, conducted market studies, and helped prepare real estate for sale. Additionally, I have purchased several homes over my lifetime, and understand many of the "important things to consider" when purchasing a home.
I am here to share my experience, and to serve you with your best interest in mind as I have been doing with many owners of real estate since 1989.
